Trever Andrews comes at the same problem from the operations side of a business.
When a company runs on a pile of separate tools, the ops team gets spread thin, keeping the organization running with band-aids and scotch tape until one day something breaks. That break can be as serious as payroll not going out on time.
Out of necessity, Trever dug into the software and into the duct tape holding it all together. Eventually he decided to stop patching other people's systems and build his own.
