Short answer

Zoho CRM costs $14, $23, $40 or $52 per user a month billed annually (Standard, Professional, Enterprise and Ultimate), or $20, $35, $50 and $65 billed monthly, and the Free edition covers 3 users. A 10-rep team on Professional pays $230 a month on annual billing and $350 on monthly billing, before support and calling.

That puts Zoho among the cheapest full CRMs of the per-seat vendors. The catches sit outside the seat price: paid support is a percentage of the bill, mass email is capped per company, and calling and texting are sold separately. Prices below are US list prices from Zoho's pricing page, checked October 26, 2026, with limits and terms from Zoho's help center checked October 25. Local taxes are extra.

Edition Billed annually Billed monthly Best for First thing it adds
Free $0 $0 Up to 3 users Contacts, reminders, mobile apps
Standard $14 $20 A small team starting out Pipelines, mass email, built-in calling
Professional $23 $35 A growing sales team Blueprint, CPQ, inventory, AI agents
Enterprise $40 $50 A mature sales org Sandbox, Zia predictions, approvals
Ultimate $52 $65 Large custom setups Highest limits, bundled BI

Paid editions have a 30-day free trial and no contract. Support beyond the free Classic tier costs 20% to 30% of the subscription.

Zoho CRM pricing plans

Zoho CRM has five editions: Free, Standard at $14, Professional at $23, Enterprise at $40 and Ultimate at $52 per user a month billed annually. The pricing page shows only the first four as cards. Ultimate sits in the page's FAQ, pitched at large, custom deployments.

Monthly billing costs 43% more on Standard, 52% more on Professional and 25% more on Enterprise and Ultimate. On Professional, annual billing saves a 25-rep team $3,600 a year.

Zoho CRM US list price per user a month, annual vs monthly billing, from Zoho's pricing page checked October 26, 2026. Monthly billing costs 25% to 52% more.

The limits that bite a sales team, from Zoho's edition comparison:

Limit Standard Professional Enterprise Ultimate
Mass emails a day, whole company 250 500 1,000 2,000
Active workflow rules per module 15 40 75 100
Sales pipelines 5 10 20 50
Custom modules 10 25 200 500
Blueprints None 3 50 100
Data exports a day 100 250 500 1,000

Zoho CRM Standard pricing

Zoho CRM Standard costs $14 a user a month billed annually or $20 monthly. You get email integration, mass email, built-in calling, multiple pipelines, forecasting and custom modules. Blueprint isn't on Standard at all, so a team that wants enforced stages will outgrow it.

Zoho CRM Professional

Zoho CRM Professional costs $23 a user a month billed annually or $35 monthly, and it's the edition most sales teams should buy. It adds Blueprint (3 of them), CPQ, quotes and invoices, inventory, validation rules, unlimited reports and Zia AI agents.

Zoho CRM Enterprise pricing

Zoho CRM Enterprise costs $40 a user a month billed annually or $50 monthly. It adds a developer sandbox, Zia's predictions and anomaly detection, approval processes, multi-team management, field-level encryption and 50 Blueprints. Pay for it when you have several teams with different processes, or an admin who needs to test changes before they go live.

Zoho CRM Ultimate

Zoho CRM Ultimate costs $52 a user a month billed annually or $65 monthly. It's Enterprise with the highest limits (2,000 mass emails a day, 100 Blueprints, unlimited API) plus Zoho Analytics' Premium edition bundled in. Most sales teams under 50 reps won't need it.

Zoho CRM free plan: is it really free?

Zoho CRM's Free plan is genuinely free for up to 3 users, with no time limit and no credit card. It covers contacts, follow-up reminders, basic workflows, standard reports, the mobile apps and API access. It's sized for a solo founder or a tiny team, not a sales floor.

The Free edition's caps:

  • 10 custom email templates
  • 10 workflow rules per module, 5 of them active
  • 10 data exports a day
  • 5,000 API credits a day
  • No mass email, Blueprint, custom modules or sandbox

Upgrading keeps your data. Zoho's Standard page says your records and setup "remain intact" when you move up from Free. Getting a full backup out of Free is another matter: the backup tool needs a paid add-on or a paid edition (more under cancelling, below).

Zoho CRM free trial

Every paid Zoho CRM edition has a 30-day free trial, per Zoho's value comparison page. Trial the edition you'd actually buy: Blueprint and sandbox can't be tested on Standard.

Zoho CRM cost per user for 10, 25 and 50 reps

Zoho CRM costs a 10-rep team $140 to $520 a month on annual billing, depending on the edition, a 25-rep team $350 to $1,300, and a 50-rep team $700 to $2,600. Billed monthly, the same teams pay $200 to $650, $500 to $1,625 and $1,000 to $3,250. Every figure is seats multiplied by Zoho's list price.

Bar chart of Zoho CRM monthly cost on annual billing: Standard $140, $350 and $700, Professional $230, $575 and $1,150, Enterprise $400, $1,000 and $2,000 for 10, 25 and 50 reps
Edition and billing 10 reps 25 reps 50 reps
Standard, annual ($14) $140 $350 $700
Standard, monthly ($20) $200 $500 $1,000
Professional, annual ($23) $230 $575 $1,150
Professional, monthly ($35) $350 $875 $1,750
Enterprise, annual ($40) $400 $1,000 $2,000
Enterprise, monthly ($50) $500 $1,250 $2,500
Ultimate, annual ($52) $520 $1,300 $2,600
Ultimate, monthly ($65) $650 $1,625 $3,250
Cleanform, owned, no seat fees $0 $0 $0

Cleanform is $0 a seat at any team size: you pay monthly for the build until it's paid off, then mostly hosting. How pricing works.

Over three years on annual billing, with headcount and prices flat:

Edition 10 reps 25 reps 50 reps
Standard $5,040 $12,600 $25,200
Professional $8,280 $20,700 $41,400
Enterprise $14,400 $36,000 $72,000
Ultimate $18,720 $46,800 $93,600

Sales teams rarely stay the same size. In our experience, you hire 10 reps and 3 or 4 stick, but you pay for every seat in every per-seat tool while they're there.

Zoho CRM pricing calculator: three real bills

Zoho has its own price calculator, but it stops at Zoho's products. Here are three bills built only from published prices, in USD, before tax, on annual billing.

Team Seats plus support Per month Per year 3 years
10 reps, Professional $230 seats + $46 Premium (20%) $276 $3,312 $9,936
25 reps, Professional $575 seats + $115 Premium (20%) $690 $8,280 $24,840
50 reps, Enterprise $2,000 seats + $500 Enterprise (25%) $2,500 $30,000 $90,000

None of these include calling or texting, because Zoho doesn't publish those in dollars (see below). For a team that lives on the phone, treat each total as a floor.

Zoho CRM add-ons and extra costs

Zoho CRM's extra costs come from support, calling, texting, email volume and API use, and most of them aren't on the pricing cards. Support is the biggest published one: Premium is 20% of your subscription, and Enterprise Support is 25% with a 50-licence minimum.

Extra Price Catch
Classic support Included on paid editions 8-hour first response, 5 days a week
Premium support 20% of the subscription 24/5, 3-hour response
Enterprise support 25% of the annual fee 50 licences minimum, 24/7, 1-hour response
Platinum support 30% of the annual fee 250 licences minimum, annual only
Extra API credits $0.14 per 1,000, falling to $0.012 at volume Bought per 24 hours
Higher mass-email limit Not published Ask Zoho sales
Extra data storage $20 per GB a month From Zoho's own cost comparison
Calling (Zoho Voice) Credits per number and minute Dollar value of a credit not published
WhatsApp Per conversation, prepaid credits Meta's rates apply
Zia AI agents Free with the licence Zoho-hosted AI past 30 million tokens a month is billed

Support tiers are on Zoho's support plans page. Mass email caps cover the whole company, not each rep, and they share the daily pool with autoresponders, schedulers and macros (Zoho email limits). A Professional team of 25 gets 500 a day between them. Extra API credits are priced in Zoho's API credits note, storage on its cost of ownership page (April 2025), and the AI allowance on the Zia Agents page.

Calling is where the bill gets fuzzy. Built-in calling is listed from Standard up, but the phone line is paid for separately, through a connected telephony provider or Zoho Voice. Zoho Voice prices numbers and minutes in credits: a local US number is 1 credit a month and an inbound local minute 0.0085 credits. The page doesn't say what a credit costs, and SMS isn't priced on the CRM pricing page at all.

A team that dials all day should price a dialer separately; our guide to sales dialers compares the options and what they cost.

Disadvantages of Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM's main disadvantages are edition gating, percentage-based support, shared email caps and the unpriced phone side.

  1. The good features are a tier up. Blueprint starts on Professional with only 3, and sandbox starts on Enterprise. Price the edition you'll need in six months, not the one on the banner.
  2. Support scales with your bill. At 50 reps on Enterprise, faster support adds $500 a month.
  3. Mass email is shared. 500 a day on Professional covers the whole company, however many reps you have.
  4. The phone bill is separate. Calling and texting come from Zoho Voice, WhatsApp credits or a third-party dialer, each with its own price.

Zoho One pricing

Zoho One costs $37 per employee a month billed annually on All Employee pricing, where every employee on payroll needs a licence, or $67 per user a month on flexible pricing for any number of users (shown marked down from $90 on October 26, 2026). It bundles more than 50 Zoho apps, including Zoho CRM with Enterprise-level features (Zoho One pricing). Ultimate is an add-on.

For a sales team, Zoho One only beats a CRM edition when almost everyone in the company would use it. At $37 a head across the whole payroll, a 25-rep company pays less than CRM Enterprise ($1,000 a month) only if it has 2 or fewer other employees. At 50 reps, the cut-off is 4.

Flexible pricing is $27 a seat more than CRM Enterprise, even at the marked-down price. If you run your books, help desk and email on Zoho too, do the math. If you only need the CRM, buy the CRM.

Zoho product (annual billing) Per user a month 10 users 25 users 50 users
Bigin Premier $12 $120 $300 $600
Zoho CRM Professional $23 $230 $575 $1,150
CRM Plus Starter $20 $200 $500 $1,000
Zoho One, All Employee $37 $370 $925 $1,850
Zoho One, flexible $67 $670 $1,675 $3,350
Cleanform, owned, no seat fees $0 $0 $0 $0

The Zoho One All Employee row only holds if those users are the whole company.

Zoho CRM Plus pricing

Zoho CRM Plus starts at $20 per user a month billed annually ($25 monthly) and bundles the CRM with marketing, help desk, live chat, social, projects and analytics. The larger plan is $57 a user a month billed annually (CRM Plus pricing). One catch from its FAQ: deactivating a user doesn't stop the charge. You have to reduce the licence count.

Bigin pricing

Bigin is Zoho's simpler CRM for small teams moving off spreadsheets, and it costs $7, $12 or $18 per user a month billed yearly (Express, Premier, Bigin 360), or $9, $15 and $21 monthly (Bigin pricing). Free covers 1 user and 500 records.

Express allows 50,000 records and 3 pipelines, and Bigin 360 1 million records and 15 pipelines. The trial is 15 days. Bigin is a separate product, not a Zoho CRM edition.

Zoho CRM vs HubSpot on price

Zoho CRM is much cheaper than HubSpot per seat: Professional is $23 a user a month billed annually, against $90 a seat for HubSpot Sales Hub Professional, which also requires a one-time $1,500 onboarding fee (HubSpot pricing). At 25 reps that's $575 a month against $2,250.

CRM plan (annual billing) Per seat 10 reps 25 reps 50 reps
Zoho CRM Professional $23 $230 $575 $1,150
Zoho CRM Enterprise $40 $400 $1,000 $2,000
monday CRM Pro $28 $280 $700 Quote only
Freshsales Pro $39 $390 $975 $1,950
HubSpot Sales Hub Pro $90 $900 $2,250 $4,500
Salesforce Pro Suite $100 $1,000 $2,500 $5,000
Cleanform, owned, no seat fees $0 $0 $0 $0

Competitor prices were checked October 25, 2026. monday CRM asks for a quote above 40 seats (how monday CRM plans are priced). HubSpot shows "starts at" prices, and its Enterprise tier carries a $3,500 onboarding fee (every HubSpot plan and fee). If your team works in Gmail all day, Copper CRM's plans and seat costs are the closer comparison.

So what's the typical cost of a CRM? Entry paid seats run about $9 to $25 a user a month (Freshsales Growth $9, monday CRM Basic $12, Zoho Standard $14, Salesforce Starter Suite $25). Plans with real automation run about $17 to $100, and Zoho Professional at $23 is near the bottom. HubSpot earns its price with marketing tools, and Salesforce's upper editions run $195 to $550 a seat (how Salesforce pricing adds up at 10 to 50 reps).

The full head-to-head with a flat-priced CRM is in GoHighLevel vs HubSpot. Every plan from every vendor is in our CRM pricing comparison, and for a flat plan with unlimited users instead of seats, see GoHighLevel's pricing.

How to cancel Zoho CRM and export data

You can cancel Zoho CRM any time, and Zoho refunds a monthly plan in the first month and an annual plan in the first 45 days if you're unhappy (Zoho refund policy). Plans renew automatically. After a renewal, you have 5 business days (monthly) or 15 days (annual) to ask for a full refund, and nothing after that.

Cut seats or drop an edition mid-year on an annual plan and Zoho gives you credit as a longer subscription, not cash back. The pricing page FAQ puts the contract plainly: "You are not bound by any contracts or commitments."

Getting your data out:

  • Module exports: CSV up to 200,000 records or XLSX up to 50,000 at a time, by anyone with export permission. Daily caps run from 10 on Free to 1,000 on Ultimate (Zoho export help).
  • Full backup: admins only, as CSV files in a ZIP, with a download link that lasts 7 days. Paid editions get 2 free backups and Ultimate 4. Free needs a paid add-on (Zoho backup help).
  • Left out: email content and attachments, documents, and any data that came in through an integration. Zoho doesn't document that workflows or Blueprints are in the backup.

Your records come with you. The setup you built doesn't. More on this across vendors in CRM data ownership and export.

Which of the Zoho CRM editions should you pick?

Most sales teams of 5 to 50 reps should pick Zoho CRM Professional at $23 a seat, because it's the cheapest edition with enforced process (Blueprint). Pick Standard only if a contact manager with pipelines is all you need.

Your situation Edition
1 to 3 people, testing a CRM Free
Small team, pipelines and email, no process rules Standard, $14
Sales team that needs stages enforced, quotes and AI agents Professional, $23
Several teams, an admin, testing in a sandbox Enterprise, $40
50+ reps with heavy API or BI needs Ultimate, $52
Whole company on Zoho apps Compare Zoho One
First CRM, moving off spreadsheets Bigin

Bill annually only if you're sure of the team size, because Zoho credits rather than refunds you when you shrink mid-year.

Zoho CRM alternatives: keep renting or own it

Zoho CRM is hard to beat on seat price, so the case for switching is rarely the CRM line alone. A Zoho seat bill only reaches about $2,000 a month at 50 users on Enterprise or Ultimate. If your CRM and the tools around it cost under $1,000 a month and fit how you sell, keep Zoho.

Owning starts to pay when the stack is the bill: the CRM, a dialer on top, a texting tool and the glue that joins them, running $2,000 a month or more and growing with every hire. One client's sales floor ran a per-seat dialer, a per-seat CRM, a scheduling tool and a Zap: about $4,500 a month for eight closers, and every new rep was a $560-a-month decision. We replaced all four with one system the business owns, with the dialer, script, dispositions and pipeline on one screen. Hosting runs about $300 a month, and an added seat costs $0 (the dialer and CRM case study).

However much you pay Zoho, the system never becomes yours. Stop paying and the workflows and setup stop with it, even though your records export.

With Cleanform you keep the code, the data and the IP. It's typically less than you spend today, paid monthly, and the build payments have an end date (how pricing works). The build-or-buy call is laid out in custom CRM development, and the wider field of options in our CRM software guide.

Frequently asked questions

Is Zoho CRM still free?

Yes. Zoho CRM's Free edition is free for up to 3 users, with no time limit and no credit card. It caps email templates at 10, exports at 10 a day and API use at 5,000 credits a day, and it has no mass email, so a sales team of 10 or more needs a paid edition.

How much does Zoho CRM cost?

Zoho CRM costs $14 (Standard), $23 (Professional), $40 (Enterprise) or $52 (Ultimate) per user a month billed annually, or $20, $35, $50 and $65 billed monthly. Taxes are extra. A 10-rep team on Professional pays $230 a month on annual billing.

What is the typical cost of a CRM system?

Entry paid CRM seats run about $9 to $25 per user a month (Freshsales Growth $9, monday CRM Basic $12, Zoho Standard $14, Salesforce Starter Suite $25). Plans with real automation run about $17 to $100 a seat, and Zoho Professional at $23 is near the bottom of that range.

Is Zoho CRM billed annually or monthly?

Both. Zoho CRM is pay as you go, monthly or yearly, with no contract. Annual billing is 20% to 34% cheaper per seat: Professional is $23 a user a month billed annually against $35 billed monthly.

What are the disadvantages of Zoho CRM?

The features sales teams want are gated by edition (Blueprint process rules start on Professional, sandbox on Enterprise), faster support costs 20% to 30% of the bill, mass email is capped per company per day, and calling and texting are priced separately, mostly in credits rather than dollars.

Is Zoho CRM cheaper than HubSpot?

Yes, per seat. Zoho CRM Professional is $23 a user a month billed annually, while HubSpot Sales Hub Professional is $90 a seat plus a required $1,500 onboarding fee. At 25 reps that's $575 a month for Zoho against $2,250 for HubSpot.
