Short answer
The best Aircall alternatives for a sales team are JustCall, CloudTalk and Aloware if you want the same price range, and Kixie or PhoneBurner if you want a dialer built for outbound. Aircall costs $30 or $50 a license a month on annual billing, and its one-line Power Dialer is only on the $50 plan.
On seat price, JustCall Pro and CloudTalk Expert come in a dollar under Aircall, at $49 a user. Kixie and CloudTalk dial more than one line at a time. PhoneBurner and ReadyMode cost more, and they're built for reps who dial all day. If you mostly need a business phone, Dialpad, RingCentral and Quo are the names to price.
If your phones, dialer, CRM and the glue between them already cost $2,000 to $3,000 a month or more, there's a third option at the end: own the system instead of renting the next one.
We ran Aircall for a couple of months. Prices below are from each vendor's own pricing page, checked October 20, 2026.
Aircall alternatives at a glance
Here's what each one costs for a seat with a power dialer, on annual billing.
| Tool | Seat with a dialer, annual | Dialer | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Aircall Professional | $50 | One line | Sales and support on one phone |
| JustCall Pro | $49 | One line; predictive on SalesPro (quote) | Same price, predictive later |
| CloudTalk Expert | $49 | One line; parallel add-on $39 | Parallel dialing on a budget |
| Aloware uPro | $60 | Power dialer | HubSpot teams, 5+ users |
| Kixie | Not published | Up to 4 lines | Outbound teams on GoHighLevel |
| PhoneBurner Standard | $140 | One line | Reps who dial all day |
| ReadyMode Starter | $199 | Predictive | Call floors |
| Cleanform, owned | $0 | Built around how you dial | Teams tired of paying per seat |
Cleanform is $0 a seat at any team size: you pay monthly for the build until it's paid off, then mostly hosting. How pricing works.
What is Aircall, and why do teams switch?
Aircall is a cloud phone system for sales and support teams: calls, texts, IVR menus and recording, synced to your CRM. Teams usually leave over the add-ons, the one-line dialer, or the CRM link.
Aircall had the best interface of every dialer and phone system we've used. The trouble is everything around it. Spam checks, extra numbers and live AI coaching cost extra. The Power Dialer calls one number at a time. And its HighLevel link is partner-built.
Aircall pricing: how much is Aircall per month?
Aircall costs $30 a license a month for Essentials and $50 for Professional on annual billing, or $40 and $70 billed monthly. Essentials and Professional need at least 3 licenses. Enterprise is a custom quote and starts at 25.

What comes on top of the seat:
| Add-on | Price |
|---|---|
| Each phone number after the first | $6 a month |
| Number Reputation (spam status) | $0.03 per check |
| Branded caller ID | $0.08 a call |
| AI Assist Pro (live coaching) | $49 a seat a month |
| Analytics+ | $15 a seat a month |
| Texting | Contact Aircall for rates |
Essentials has no Power Dialer and no outbound campaigns for your reps, so a sales team is really looking at the $50 plan.
Aircall competitors for outbound sales teams
Aircall's direct competitors for a sales floor publish their prices. Kixie is the exception.
JustCall pricing vs Aircall
JustCall lists Team at $29, Pro at $49 and Pro Plus at $89 a user a month on annual billing ($39, $69 and $109 monthly), with a 2-user minimum. The power dialer starts on Pro. Its SalesPro plan adds a predictive dialer of up to 10 lines and number health tools, and it's quote only. If you want Aircall's price now and room to grow into predictive later, JustCall is the stronger pick.
CloudTalk pricing
CloudTalk sells Starter at $25, Essential at $29 and Expert at $49 a user a month on annual billing. Expert includes the Power Dialer and needs 3 users. The Parallel Dialer is a $39 add-on that rings several numbers at once. The full side-by-side is in CloudTalk pricing vs Aircall.
Kixie pricing
Kixie doesn't publish prices. Its plans are Professional, Single-Line PowerDialer and Multi-Line PowerDialer, which dials up to 4 lines at once, with a 7-day free trial. When we asked in 2026, we were quoted $95 a seat for Professional and $145 for the Single-Line PowerDialer, and multi-line pushed it past $200 a seat. We demoed Kixie and never ran a team on it. Details in how Kixie and Aircall compare on cost.
Aloware pricing
Aloware lists iPro at $30 (10-user minimum), uPro at $60 and xPro at $85 a user a month on annual billing. The power dialer starts on uPro, which needs 5 users. Local presence is $300 a month and spam-label removal is an add-on.
PhoneBurner pricing
PhoneBurner costs $140, $165 or $183 a user a month on annual billing, or $165 to $215 monthly. It's a one-line power dialer with a built-in CRM, made for reps who spend the whole day on the phone. Its ARMOR spam monitoring and remediation is an add-on.
Aircall alternatives for a business phone
If you mostly need phones for an office, not a dialer, price these three.
Dialpad pricing
Dialpad's sales plans run $39, $59 and $79 a user a month on annual billing. Local presence dialing and voicemail drop come with the $59 Advanced plan.
RingCentral pricing
RingCentral's RingEX starts at $20 a user a month for Core and $25 for Advanced, paid annually, as listed for 1 to 5 users. It's phones, video meetings and messaging in one app. CRM integrations start on Advanced.
Quo pricing
Quo, formerly OpenPhone, lists $19, $27 and $36 a user a month, billed annually. Each user gets one phone number. It's a simple shared business phone, not a sales dialer.
Aircall alternatives cost at 10, 25 and 50 seats
At list price, 25 seats of Aircall Professional cost $1,250 a month. JustCall and CloudTalk come in $25 lower, and PhoneBurner costs almost three times as much.
Monthly cost for the seats alone, annual billing:
| Plan | 10 seats | 25 seats | 50 seats |
|---|---|---|---|
| Aircall Professional, $50 | $500 | $1,250 | $2,500 |
| JustCall Pro, $49 | $490 | $1,225 | $2,450 |
| CloudTalk Expert, $49 | $490 | $1,225 | $2,450 |
| CloudTalk Essential + Parallel, $68 | $680 | $1,700 | $3,400 |
| Aloware uPro, $60 | $600 | $1,500 | $3,000 |
| PhoneBurner Standard, $140 | $1,400 | $3,500 | $7,000 |
| Kixie single-line (our 2026 quote), $145 | $1,450 | $3,625 | $7,250 |
| ReadyMode Starter, $199 | $1,990 | $4,975 | $9,950 |
| JustCall SalesPro, Aircall Enterprise | Quote only | Quote only | Quote only |
| Cleanform, owned, no seat fees | $0 | $0 | $0 |
Over three years, if list prices hold:
| Plan | 10 seats | 25 seats | 50 seats |
|---|---|---|---|
| Aircall Professional | $18,000 | $45,000 | $90,000 |
| JustCall Pro or CloudTalk Expert | $17,640 | $44,100 | $88,200 |
| Aloware uPro | $21,600 | $54,000 | $108,000 |
| PhoneBurner Standard | $50,400 | $126,000 | $252,000 |
ReadyMode quotes 20 or more licenses separately, so its 25 and 50-seat figures are list price only. The tables leave out numbers, local presence, spam tools, texting and taxes. For every plan side by side, see the sales software pricing index.
Aircall power dialer alternatives
Aircall's Power Dialer calls one number at a time from a list of up to 1,000, and only on Professional. If your reps need more live conversations per hour, look at a tool that dials several lines.
- Kixie rings up to 4 lines at once on its Multi-Line plan.
- CloudTalk's Parallel Dialer rings several numbers per rep for $39 a user.
- JustCall SalesPro runs a predictive dialer of up to 10 lines, by quote.
- ReadyMode is a predictive dialer for call floors. More in our ReadyMode alternatives.
When we used Aircall, power dialing needed a campaign set up per rep. For 30 reps, that was 30 campaigns we kept up by hand. Aircall has since added Agent campaigns, where several reps dial one shared list. They're in beta on Professional, at no extra cost. How power, parallel and predictive dialing differ is in our guide to auto dialers.
Aircall local presence and the cost of numbers
Aircall's Local Presence is included on Professional, but it only dials from numbers you already have. Every extra local number is $6 a month. For us, those local numbers came to about $250 to $300 a month in early 2026, and spam reputation management was extra on top. Price your area codes before you compare seats.
Aircall reviews: why do teams leave?
Aircall reviews are split. On Trustpilot it scores 3.0 out of 5 from 1,091 reviews, with 58% five-star and 29% one-star (checked October 20, 2026). People praise how easy it is to use. The complaints are slow support replies and billing.
Our own reasons were cost and the plumbing: the local numbers added up, and the API was hard to work with.
Aircall HubSpot integration and GoHighLevel
Aircall and every alternative here connect to HubSpot. GoHighLevel is where they split.
Aircall's HighLevel integration is built by its partner Airlinx and "may incur a cost." When we ran Aircall with GoHighLevel, the connection ran through the API and it was pretty weak. Kixie lists HighLevel CRM as a native integration, and from our demos it integrates with GoHighLevel best. JustCall and Aloware list HighLevel integrations too. CloudTalk's is still in development.
Custom dialer: rent another Aircall alternative or own it?
If your phones, CRM and the glue between them cost under $1,000 a month and they work, keep what you have and pick from the list above. Owning starts to pay when the stack runs a few thousand a month and climbs with every hire. Hire 10 reps and maybe 3 or 4 stick, but you pay for every seat on the way.
One client's sales floor ran a per-seat dialer, a per-seat CRM, a scheduling tool and a Zap. That came to about $4,500 a month for eight closers, and every new rep was a $560-a-month decision. We replaced all four with one system they own: dialer, script, dispositions and pipeline on one screen. Hosting runs about $300 a month, and an added seat costs $0. Read the case study.
The dialers we build watch their own numbers. A nightly check reads each number's spam label on every carrier. A number flagged twice is retired and replaced, inside the same system your reps dial from.
How it's paid for: typically less than you spend today, paid monthly, and the build payments have an end date. There are no seat fees, and you get the code, the data and the IP. Here's how pricing works, and for the wider build-or-buy question, see custom CRM development.
Best Aircall alternative for your team
The best Aircall alternative depends on how your reps dial and what CRM you run.
- Same price, room to grow: JustCall Pro.
- Parallel dialing without a big bill: CloudTalk.
- You run on GoHighLevel: Kixie, if the quote works.
- Reps who dial all day: PhoneBurner, or ReadyMode for a call floor.
- A business phone, not a dialer: Dialpad, RingCentral or Quo.
- A few thousand a month on phones, dialer, CRM and glue: look at owning.
The SaaS cost calculator adds up your stack in about two minutes. If it comes out at a few thousand a month, book a free audit and we'll show you what one system would replace.

Frequently asked questions
How much is Aircall per month?
Aircall lists Essentials at $30 and Professional at $50 per license a month on annual billing, or $40 and $70 billed monthly, with a 3-license minimum. The Power Dialer is only on Professional. Enterprise is a custom quote for 25 licenses or more. Each phone number after the first is $6 a month.
What is a cheaper alternative to Aircall?
On seat price, JustCall Pro and CloudTalk Expert both list $49 a user a month on annual billing with a power dialer, a dollar under Aircall Professional. For a plain business phone, Quo starts at $19 a user and RingCentral's RingEX Core at $20, both billed annually. Check what numbers, texting and local presence add before you switch.
What are the key differences between RingCentral and Aircall?
RingCentral's RingEX is a business phone with video meetings and messaging built in, from $20 a user a month paid annually. Aircall is a calling platform for sales and support teams, from $30 a license, with a Power Dialer and outbound campaigns on its $50 Professional plan. For an outbound sales team, Aircall is the closer fit; for an office that needs phones and meetings, RingCentral.
Is Aircall a good company?
Yes, it's an established vendor: its pricing page says 23,000+ businesses use it. Reviews are mixed. On Trustpilot it scores 3.0 out of 5 from 1,091 reviews, with 58% five-star and 29% one-star (checked October 20, 2026). The praise is ease of use; the complaints are support response times and billing.
Does Aircall work with GoHighLevel?
Yes, through an integration built by Aircall's partner Airlinx, which Aircall says may cost extra. When we ran Aircall with GoHighLevel, the connection ran through the API and it was pretty weak. Kixie lists HighLevel CRM as a native integration, and JustCall and Aloware list HighLevel integrations too.
How do I cancel my Aircall subscription?
Accounts with 1 to 10 seats can cancel in the Aircall Dashboard, and it takes effect at the end of the billing period. Over 10 seats, Aircall asks for written notice by email to Customer Success at least 30 days before your renewal date. Other contract commitments still apply.
