Short answer
Lofty doesn't publish its prices: all four plans on its pricing page say "Request Pricing", and the quote arrives after a form. Reviewers report about $449, $700 and $1,500 a month for three tiers, plus a one-time setup fee of $500 to $2,000, and lead generation is billed on top with a 20% ad management fee.
We checked Lofty's pricing page, its terms and its help center on October 27, 2026. Prices are in US dollars and tax is extra. Lofty is the real-estate CRM that used to be called Chime. The company renamed itself Lofty on November 7, 2023, so older reviews and price lists still say Chime.

Lofty CRM pricing: plans and what Lofty publishes
Lofty CRM pricing is quote only. Lofty sells four plans, Lofty Agent, Lofty Team, Lofty Broker and Lofty Enterprise, and none shows a dollar figure. The page says price "varies based on your choice of platform package, seat count, optional upgrades and lead-gen programs", and the quote form asks for anywhere from 1 to 2 users up to 1,000 or more.
Source: Lofty pricing page, October 27, 2026.
The four plans share almost everything: the IDX website, unlimited contacts, the AI CRM, mass texting, a basic dialer, lead routing and the AI tools. The differences are small:
| Feature | Agent | Team | Broker | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| IDX website, CRM, texting, basic dialer | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| 1:1 onboarding and training | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Single sign-on, white label | No | No | No | Yes |
| Customizable org structure | No | No | No | Yes |
| Price | Quote only | Quote only | Quote only | Quote only |
So the plan name mostly tells Lofty who you are. The bill is set by seat count, add-ons and ad spend. Lofty also promises the lowest price on new subscriptions and add-ons, but with no published price there's nothing to hold it to.
Lofty CRM cost: what reviewers report
Lofty CRM costs about $449, $700 or $1,500 a month, according to third-party reviews, not Lofty. The Close's review (June 17, 2026) lists Core at $449 with $15 per extra user, Premier at $700 with 15 users included and $25 per extra user, and Enterprise at $1,500 with 100 users and $12 per extra user.
| Reported tier | Monthly | Users included | Extra user | One-time setup |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $449 | 1 | $15 | $500 |
| Premier | $700 | 15 | $25 | $1,000 |
| Enterprise | $1,500 | 100 | $12 | $2,000 |
Use these as a starting point for your quote. The tier names don't match Lofty's current plans, and other reviews disagree on users included (one puts Premier at 5). Still, several review sites land on the same $449, $700 and $1,500.
Lofty CRM pricing at 10, 25 and 50 users
On the reported prices, Lofty's platform fee comes to $584 to $1,500 a month for 10 users, $809 to $1,500 for 25 and $1,184 to $1,575 for 50, before setup, ads, add-ons and tax. Enterprise is a flat $1,500 at all three sizes because it reportedly includes 100 users.
| Reported tier | 10 users | 25 users | 50 users | Setup, once |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core ($449 + $15 a user) | $584 | $809 | $1,184 | $500 |
| Premier ($700, 15 users + $25) | $700 | $950 | $1,575 | $1,000 |
| Enterprise ($1,500, 100 users) | $1,500 | $1,500 | $1,500 | $2,000 |
| Cleanform, owned, no seat fees | $0 | $0 | $0 | $0 |
Cleanform is $0 a seat at any team size: you pay monthly for the build until it's paid off, then mostly hosting. How pricing works.
Each figure is our arithmetic on The Close's reported prices. Premier at 25 users is $11,400 a year plus $1,000 setup, or $35,200 over three years. At 50 users Enterprise is cheaper than Premier, so ask for both quotes.
One catch for teams that hire a lot: deleting a user in Lofty doesn't delete the seat. You remove empty seats yourself, per Lofty's Billing Center article. Hire 10 agents, keep 4, and you're still paying for 10 until you do.
Lofty CRM cost per month: three real bills
A real Lofty bill is the platform fee plus ad spend plus Lofty's management fee. Here are three, built from the reported seat prices and the ad terms Lofty publishes. They leave out setup, the power dialer, extra texts, AI agent add-ons and tax.
| Team | Platform (reported) | Ads and fee (published) | Per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 agents, Core, Google ads at the minimum | $584 | $600 + $150 fee | $1,334 |
| 25 agents, Premier, Lofty Leads MVP (all channels) | $950 | $1,000 + $200 fee | $2,150 |
| 50 agents, Enterprise, Google plus Facebook | $1,500 | $900 + $180 fee | $2,580 |
The first bill uses Lofty's flat fee: when the total ad budget is under $750, the management fee is $150 a month instead of 20% (Lofty lead gen help article). The ad minimums ($600 for Google or Bing, $300 for Facebook, from $1,000 for the blended program) come from Lofty's multi-channel ads page. That page lists no separate fee for the MVP program, so we applied the 20% from the pricing page. Confirm it on your quote.
Lofty pricing for add-ons and lead generation
Lofty prices every add-on by quote, including the Power Dialer (see what Mojo, REDX and other real estate dialers cost for published prices), extra text packages and the Sales, Social and Homeowner AI agents. The only dollar figures Lofty publishes are for lead generation: a 20% ad management fee, a $600 monthly minimum on Google, and $70 a month for a Home Evaluation Page if you buy seller leads without an IDX site.
| Add-on or fee | Lofty's price |
|---|---|
| Lofty power dialer | Quote only (a basic dialer is on every plan) |
| Additional text packages | Quote only |
| Sales, Social and Homeowner AI agents | Quote only |
| Hyperlocal SEO website, WordPress IDX plugin, CMA builder | Quote only |
| Website design and SEO setup services | Quote only |
| Buyer and seller lead gen | Quote only, plus a 20% ad management fee |
| Branding ads (zip code, sphere) | 15% management fee, needs CRM Professional Plan or above |
| Home Evaluation Page | $70 a month, if seller leads without IDX |
| MLS fee | Charged when not in your platform fee (terms) |
The lead tiers on the pricing page (20 to 30 buyer leads, 10 to 20 seller leads and up) are estimates, and Lofty says "we don't guarantee the actual results."
Read the ad terms before you start a campaign. Under Lofty's terms of use (updated August 17, 2026), marketing services renew on the first of each month, and you need to give 7 business days' notice to change or cancel. Ad budget and management fees aren't refunded.
If you cancel, Lofty keeps running your ads until the budget is spent. Lofty can also raise or lower the management fee at any time, with notice before the next billing cycle.
Lofty CRM reviews: contracts, refunds and leaving
Lofty CRM reviews split sharply. G2 reviewers rate it higher than Trustpilot reviewers, and the complaints on Trustpilot are mostly about money: contract length, cancellation charges, refunds and add-on fees, not the software. Lofty's own terms explain most of what those reviewers ran into.
Two Trustpilot reviews show the pattern. One reviewer (September 25, 2026) left after a week and was told the normal termination amount was the remaining five months, $1,495. Another (August 6, 2025) asked to cancel and got an email saying they couldn't, "because I had Committe to a 6 Month Contract."
Lofty's terms of use set the rules, as of October 27, 2026:
- Two kinds of agreement. Monthly agreements renew each month. Committed-term agreements are non-cancelable for the term on your order form.
- Auto-renewal. A committed term renews for one year unless you give written notice at least 90 days before it ends.
- Leaving early. Cancel before that deadline and you owe the months left in the term. Miss it and you owe the months left plus the full renewal year.
- Monthly plans. You're billed one more full month after you cancel.
- Refunds. Fees, setup (the "Account Activation Fee"), partial months, add-ons and ad spend aren't refunded.
- Price rises. At renewal Lofty can raise your fees by up to 10% a year, with 120 days' notice. Promotional discounts can renew at the full price.
On a 12-month term at a reported $950 a month, cancelling with 8 months left costs $7,600. Cancelling with 2 months left, after the notice deadline, costs 14 months, or $13,300. Get the term, the notice date and the activation fee written on the order form.
Your data can leave with you. Lofty's Lead Export emails a CSV of your leads, and only users with permission can run it.
After you cancel, the terms give you 90 days to request a download of your CRM data in writing, once every bill is paid. After that Lofty may delete it. Export before your end date. What each CRM lets you take is in CRM data ownership and export.
Is Lofty CRM worth it?
Lofty CRM is worth pricing for a real-estate team that wants the CRM, an IDX website, ads and a dialer from one vendor, and will run its own leads through it every day. It isn't worth it for a sales team outside real estate, or for anyone who needs to see a price before booking a demo.
Lofty earns its quote on the real-estate parts: the IDX site with home search, listing tools, CMAs and lead routing built for agents. A sales floor selling solar or insurance would pay for all of that and use none of it. A general CRM fits that team better, and our CRM software guide compares the main ones.
Real-estate rivals that do publish prices make the comparison easier:
- Follow Up Boss: $58 a user a month billed yearly ($69 monthly), or flat team plans from $416 a month for 10 users. 14-day free trial, no contract.
- Sierra Interactive: from $299.95 a month for 1 user to $599.95 for 5, with a $500 setup fee on monthly billing and none on annual.
- kvCORE (BoldTrail) and BoomTown: quote only, like Lofty.
Our verdict: if the quote lands near the reported prices and you'll use the IDX site and ads, the platform fee isn't the problem. The ad budget, the add-ons and the committed term are.
Is Lofty a CRM?
Yes, Lofty is a CRM, built for real-estate agents, teams and brokerages. Lofty calls its CRM "powered by agentic AI", and it bundles the CRM with an IDX website, texting, a basic dialer and AI assistants, then sells lead generation, a power dialer and extra AI agents as add-ons.
Does Lofty have a free trial?
Lofty has no free trial on its pricing page. You request a demo, and "one of our solution specialists will reach out." Some reviews mention a 14-day trial, but Lofty doesn't offer one where it sells its plans. If you need to test before you pay, Follow Up Boss has a 14-day free trial.
Lofty vs Follow Up Boss on price
Follow Up Boss publishes its prices and Lofty doesn't. At 25 users, Follow Up Boss Platform costs $833 a month billed yearly with 30 users included, against a reported $809 to $1,500 for Lofty. Follow Up Boss has no contract and a free trial. Lofty usually has a committed term and a setup fee.
| Monthly, before tax | 10 users | 25 users | 50 users |
|---|---|---|---|
| Follow Up Boss Grow ($58 a user, yearly) | $580 | $1,450 | $2,900 |
| Follow Up Boss Pro ($416, 10 users + $41) | $416 | $1,031 | $2,056 |
| Follow Up Boss Platform ($833, 30 users + $17) | $833 | $833 | $1,173 |
| Lofty, lowest reported tier | $584 | $809 | $1,184 |
| Cleanform, owned, no seat fees | $0 | $0 | $0 |
Follow Up Boss figures are our arithmetic on its yearly prices; monthly billing is $69 a user on Grow, $499 on Pro and $1,000 on Platform. Grow charges $33 a user for calling, and Pro includes unlimited calling and texting. Follow Up Boss connects to your own website and lead sources. Lofty bundles the website and runs the ads, so its bill has more lines.
Lofty alternatives: keep renting or own it
The Lofty alternatives worth pricing depend on your spend. If your CRM, website and dialer cost under $1,000 a month all in and they fit how your team sells, keep them.
The math changes when the stack is the bill. Our three Lofty bills above run $1,334 to $2,580 a month before setup, the power dialer, texts or AI agents. Add those and plenty of teams pass $2,000 to $3,000 a month, and the seat line climbs with every hire. Over three years, $2,500 a month is $90,000 of rent.
One client's sales floor ran a per-seat dialer, a per-seat CRM, a scheduling tool and a Zap: about $4,500 a month for eight closers, and every new rep was a $560-a-month decision. We replaced all four with one system the business owns. Hosting runs about $300 a month and an added seat costs $0 (the dialer and CRM case study).
However much you pay Lofty, the platform never becomes yours. Stop paying and the account, the website and the automations stop with it, though your leads export to a CSV.
With Cleanform you keep the code, the data and the IP. It's typically less than you spend today, paid monthly, and the build payments have an end date (how pricing works). The build-or-buy call is laid out in custom CRM development. Frequently asked questions
How much does Lofty CRM cost per month?
Lofty doesn't publish a price. Every plan says Request Pricing and the quote comes after a form. Reviewers report about $449, $700 and $1,500 a month for three tiers, plus a one-time setup fee of $500 to $2,000. Lead generation is billed on top: at least $600 a month in Google ad spend plus a management fee.
Is Lofty CRM worth it?
Lofty CRM is worth pricing if you run a real-estate team that wants the CRM, an IDX website, ads and a dialer from one vendor. It isn't worth it for a sales team outside real estate, which would pay for listing tools it can't use. Get the contract term and the exit cost in writing first.
Is Lofty a CRM?
Yes. Lofty is a real-estate CRM, formerly called Chime, renamed in November 2023. It bundles the CRM with an IDX website, listing tools, lead routing, texting, a basic dialer and AI assistants, and sells ads, a power dialer and more AI agents as add-ons.
Does Lofty have a free trial?
Lofty's pricing page offers a demo, not a free trial of the CRM. You fill in a form, a specialist books the demo, and the quote follows. Follow Up Boss, a rival real-estate CRM, offers a 14-day free trial with no contract.
Does Lofty require a contract?
Usually, yes. Lofty's terms describe monthly agreements and committed-term agreements. A committed term is non-cancelable, renews for a year unless you give 90 days' written notice, and leaving early means paying the months left. Your order form sets the length.
Can I export my contacts from Lofty?
Yes. Lofty's Lead Export sends a CSV of your leads by emailed download link, from People in the CRM. Only users with permission can export. After you cancel, Lofty's terms give you 90 days to ask in writing for your data, then it may be deleted.
How much does CRM cost per month?
