Short answer

An auto dialer for real estate agents is software that works through your expired, FSBO and neighborhood lists for you and puts you on the line when someone picks up. For a 10-agent team, the published plans run about $600 to $1,500 a month for the dialer, and expired and FSBO calls still fall under the Do Not Call rules.

Prices come from each vendor's own pricing page, checked October 30, 2026, in US dollars a month. Rules come from the FCC and the federal regulations, checked the same day. It's not legal advice. Our guide to auto dialers covers the dialer types for any sales team.

Auto dialer What you get Price a month
Mojo Single-line or triple-line dialer, lead data extra $99 or $149 per agent
REDX Leads plus a 1-line or 3-line dialer $299 or $349, then $75 or $99 per extra user
PhoneBurner One-line power dialer, any list $140 per user billed yearly
Aloware Power dialer on uPro, 5-user minimum $60 per user billed yearly
Follow Up Boss Real estate CRM with calling $416 billed yearly for 10 users
Kixie Single-line or up to 4 lines Quote only
Lofty, Vulcan7 Dialer inside a real estate platform Quote only or not published
Cleanform, owned, no seat fees Dialer and CRM built for your team $0

Cleanform is $0 a seat at any team size: you pay monthly for the build until it's paid off, then mostly hosting. How pricing works.

What is an auto dialer for real estate?

An auto dialer for real estate is calling software that dials the numbers on your list in order, skips the ones that don't answer and connects you the moment a homeowner says hello. Agents use it on expired listings, for-sale-by-owner (FSBO) leads, neighborhood lists for circle prospecting, and their own sphere.

Real estate dialers come in two kinds:

  • Single-line power dialer: one call at a time, and the next number dials as soon as you hang up. Mojo Single Line, REDX Connect and PhoneBurner work this way.
  • Multi-line dialer: several numbers at once, and you get the first person who answers. Mojo's Triple Line Dialer dials three lines at once, "up to 300 calls per hour" by its own count. Kixie goes up to 4 lines.

Neither Mojo nor REDX sells a predictive dialer (one that dials ahead of free agents). Our power dialer guide explains how the one-line kind works.

Best dialer for real estate: who sells one

The best dialer for real estate depends on where your leads come from. If you buy expired and FSBO lists, pick a dialer sold with the data (Mojo or REDX). If your leads already sit in a CRM, pick a dialer that works from it.

  • Solo agent buying expireds: Mojo Single Line at $99 a month, or REDX Connect at $299 with all five lead types included.
  • Team of 5 to 25 working its own leads: PhoneBurner, Aloware or Follow Up Boss calling, priced below.
  • High-volume prospector: a multi-line plan (Mojo Triple Line or REDX Pro), with the consent caveat below.

Mojo dialer

The Mojo dialer costs $10 a user for Agent Access plus $89 for a Single Line Dialer license or $139 for a Triple Line Dialer, so $99 or $149 an agent a month. Minutes are unlimited. Billing is monthly, with no contract, setup fee or cancellation fee.

Every agent dialing at the same time needs their own dialer license. Lead data is sold on top and shared across the account: Expired Leads $50 a month per area, FSBO $25 per county, Neighborhood Search $49 and Skip Tracer $49. Mojo Voice ($30 per dialing agent) lets you call without your own phone, and call recording is $25.

REDX dialer

The REDX dialer comes bundled with REDX's lead data. REDX Connect is $299 a month with a single-line power dialer, and Pro is $349 with a triple-line dialer. Both include expireds, FSBOs, FRBOs, pre-foreclosures and GeoLeads with skip tracing. Extra users are $75 a month on Connect and $99 on Pro.

The dialer alone is $99 a month single-line or $149 multi-line. REDX resells the dialer from WAVV, and by default its dialer leaves out numbers on Do Not Call lists. REDX says agents stay responsible for their own compliance.

Mojo vs REDX

Mojo vs REDX comes down to whether you want the leads in the price. Mojo is cheaper for one agent who buys one data feed: $99 for the dialer plus $50 for expireds is $149 a month. REDX Connect is $299 but includes all five lead types, so it wins once you'd buy two or three Mojo feeds and want them in one place.

For a team, Mojo charges every dialing agent a full license ($99 or $149). REDX charges $75 or $99 per extra user, with the data shared.

Best power dialer for real estate teams

PhoneBurner is a one-line power dialer at $140, $165 or $183 a user billed yearly ($165 to $215 monthly), with unlimited dialing. It brings no lead data, so you import your own lists. Aloware puts its power dialer on uPro at $60 a user billed yearly ($70 monthly), with a 5-user minimum, and charges $300 a month for local presence.

The Kixie pricing page shows its Single-Line and Multi-Line PowerDialer plans (up to 4 lines) but no prices. The quote we got in 2026 was $145 a seat for Single-Line, plus $20 for DNC checks. Lofty and Vulcan7 don't publish prices either.

What an auto dialer for real estate agents costs at 10, 25 and 50 agents

An auto dialer for real estate agents costs about $600 to $1,500 a month for a 10-agent team on the published plans. At 25 agents the same plans run $1,500 to $3,725, and at 50 agents $3,000 to $7,450. These figures cover the dialer seats only.

Plan, per month 10 agents 25 agents 50 agents
Aloware uPro ($60 yearly) $600 $1,500 $3,000
REDX Connect ($299 + $75 a user, leads in) $974 $2,099 $3,974
Mojo Single Line ($99 an agent) $990 $2,475 $4,950
REDX Pro ($349 + $99 a user, leads in) $1,240 $2,725 $5,200
PhoneBurner Standard ($140 yearly) $1,400 $3,500 $7,000
Kixie Single-Line, our 2026 quote ($145) $1,450 $3,625 $7,250
Mojo Triple Line ($149 an agent) $1,490 $3,725 $7,450
Cleanform, owned, no seat fees $0 $0 $0

REDX rows assume the plan price covers the first user, since REDX lists the rest as "additional users". Mojo's data feeds come on top, from $25 a month.

Real estate CRM with dialer: Follow Up Boss and Lofty

A real estate CRM with a dialer inside saves paying for two tools. Follow Up Boss Pro is $416 a month billed yearly ($499 monthly) for 10 users, with calling and texting included, and $41 for each extra user. On the Grow plan, calling is a $33 add-on per user. Follow Up Boss calls it calling, not a power dialer, so ask for a demo of the call queue.

Lofty puts a basic dialer in every plan and sells its Power Dialer as an add-on by quote (Lofty CRM pricing). Mojo connects to outside CRMs through API Nation and Zapier, which means one more tool to pay for and keep running.

Power dialer for real estate, or predictive?

A power dialer is the right pick for real estate, because expired and FSBO lists are small and every answered call is a possible listing. A predictive dialer calls ahead of free agents, so some homeowners pick up and hear silence. The federal limit for those abandoned calls is 3% of answered calls per campaign over 30 days, and an agent must be on within 2 seconds of the hello.

Multi-line dialers carry some of the same risk. REDX's own dialer page says its multi-line dialer is meant for people who gave consent or that you already have a relationship with, like your sphere, rather than a cold expired list. If you dial cold lists, a single line is the safer default. Predictive dialing for big call centers is covered in predictive dialer software.

Can realtors cold call expired listings and FSBOs?

Yes, realtors can cold call expired listings and FSBOs, but those calls count as telephone solicitations under the Do Not Call rules. In its 2005 order, FCC 05-28, the FCC said a telephone solicitation includes "calls by real estate agents to property owners for the purpose of offering their services to the owner, whether the property listing has lapsed or not."

So if the owner's number is on the National Do Not Call Registry, you can call it only with an established business relationship (a transaction with you in the last 18 months, or their inquiry in the last 3 months) or their signed written permission. A list you bought doesn't give you either. The same order carves out one case: an agent who represents only a buyer can call an FSBO to discuss selling to that buyer.

Real estate cold calling rules at a glance

Real estate cold calling follows the same federal rules as any telemarketing call, set out in 47 CFR 64.1200. Your state may add its own list and stricter hours, so check it too.

Rule What it means for you Source
Registry numbers No listing calls without a relationship or written permission 64.1200(c)(2)
Scrub cadence Use a copy of the registry no more than 31 days old 64.1200(c)(2)(i)(D)
Business relationship Transaction in 18 months or inquiry in 3 months 64.1200(f)(5)
Your own do-not-call list Honor requests within 10 business days, keep them 5 years 64.1200(d)
Calling hours 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the owner's location 64.1200(c)(1)
Abandoned calls Under 3% of answered calls, agent on within 2 seconds 64.1200(a)(7)

A dialer only applies the lists you give it. Some flag registry numbers, but the scrub schedule, the written policy and the trained agents are yours. Consent for texts and autodialed calls to cell phones is in our TCPA rules for sales calls.

Real estate auto dialer: rent or own?

Rent a real estate auto dialer if the whole stack costs under $1,000 a month. That covers a solo agent on Mojo or REDX, or a small team on Follow Up Boss.

Owning starts to make sense once the dialer, the CRM, the lead data and the numbers add up to about $2,000 to $3,000 a month or more. At 25 agents, most plans in the table pass $2,000 on dialer seats alone. Each agent you hire adds a seat, and in our experience you hire 10 and maybe 3 or 4 stick. Stop paying a vendor and the account, the call lists and the setup stop with it.

An owned dialer puts the call list, the calls, the dispositions and the pipeline in one system the team runs in its own cloud account. It watches its own numbers: a nightly check reads each number's spam label on every carrier, rests a flagged number and brings it back slowly. Calling hours are applied in each owner's local time, and numbers on your do-not-call list are blocked before every dial. It doesn't check the national registry for you, so that scrub is still yours. These are tools that help you follow the rules, not legal advice.

One sales team we built for, outside real estate, paid about $4,500 a month for eight closers on a per-seat dialer, a per-seat CRM, a scheduling tool and a Zap. Now they run one system they own for about $300 a month in hosting and $0 per added seat (the dialer and CRM case study).

An owned system typically costs less than you spend on software today, paid monthly, and the build payments have an end date. You get the code, the data and the IP. Here's how pricing works.

Frequently asked questions

What is an auto dialer for real estate agents?

An auto dialer for real estate agents is software that works through your call list for you (expired listings, FSBOs, neighborhood lists) and puts you on the line when someone answers. Most real estate dialers, like Mojo and REDX, are power dialers that call one or three lines at a time.

How much does an auto dialer cost for a real estate team?

For 10 agents, published plans run about $600 to $1,500 a month for the dialer (prices checked October 30, 2026): Aloware uPro $600 billed yearly, REDX Connect $974 with leads included, Mojo Single Line $990, REDX Pro $1,240, PhoneBurner Standard $1,400 billed yearly and Mojo Triple Line $1,490. Lead data and phone numbers can cost extra.

Can realtors cold call expired listings and FSBOs?

Yes, with conditions. The FCC ruled in 2005 that a real estate agent's call offering services to a property owner is a telephone solicitation, whether the listing has lapsed or not. If the number is on the National Do Not Call Registry, you need an established business relationship or the owner's signed written permission. This is not legal advice.

How often do I have to scrub the Do Not Call list?

To use the federal safe harbor, check your call lists against a copy of the National Do Not Call Registry that is no more than 31 days old. You also keep your own do-not-call list, honor requests within 10 business days and keep each one for 5 years (47 CFR 64.1200).

Is a power dialer or a predictive dialer better for real estate?

A power dialer is better for most real estate agents. Expired and FSBO lists are small, every pickup is a possible listing, and a predictive dialer drops some answered calls and has to stay under the 3% abandoned-call limit. Mojo and REDX both sell power dialers, not predictive ones.
